SouthWest Health Alliance (SWHA) is local employer coalition that has supported health care quality improvement and value purchasing with employers in our market since 2000. SWHA is helping physician offices move toward understanding and achieving best practice status in Arizona through the NCQA certification program. This position can be either part-time or full time for a duration of from 1 to 5 months. Students in healthcare disciplines or health care workers, LPNs, and others with experience in general health care delivery in outpatient settings are suited to apply. Moderate skill with office business systems will be needed. Professional demeanor and appearance, analytical skills, knowledge of clinical and diagnostic data, and a strong work ethic are requirements of the job. Following a free 2-hour NCQA WebEx training session, individuals will be assessed for hire and if accepted on the project will be paid $15/hour as contractors to work in physician offices taking the |
